Default 306 will not start Help

Hi I have just brought a 2000 306 Meridian HDI Est 1997cc (Great car in good Condition )
It drove home fine I park it up overnight it started up fine the next day,
Now the central locking stopped working and the car will turn over but will not start,
I have checked all the Fuses, fuel, Relays Battery Etc.
I have tried to re-set the key fob with not joy,
I have been told that it has lost it setting in the ECU and because of the
Year it needs the Peugeot dealer Diagnostics at 95.00 ph + vat,
To set it all back up is there anyone in the King Lynn or sounding area or any one,
That can help please.
I have very limited funds but willing to pay to get it running as I am retired.

Check key re-syncing instructions in the drivers handbook.

Default Peugeot 306 HDI (90)

It's the fact that I have tried even dealers don't no whats wrong Poss A loom fault).
I have an put a unlocked ECU on it and i have got it running well but now the crank shaft pulley has packet up, so with this as well.
I had to get a other car as need a car for work which took the rest of my funds.
I no is is a good car for it age.
I would liked to keep't it but at 65 I do not have the time or the funds to fix it.
It still has a MOT until the end of June So if some one would like to make me an responsible offer for it tell them to contact me or see (prelove)
