Default 306 HDI turbo failure! advice about turbo replace

My 306 HDI turbo is start to make a whine when start in cold morning is sign of turbo start to wear, my car has done 121,000 miles I have not been lucky seem very low mileage to happened. I was think about remap & fit a intercooler as my don't have them on. What you recommend should I use my original turbo & fit a new hybrid turbine see on

or fit K03 turbo from 110bhp is direct fit on 90bhp HDI, My tuning HDI specialist advisor said if I use the K03 with remap will output of 180bhp but low down torque will increase more turbo lag it means more fuel waste than the hybrid will be round 150bhp but 80% more torque at 1,200rpm than the K03 turbo.

This is the first time I have ever had a big modified, what you suggest I should do? I can't make up my mind plus I have already got stage 3 clutch on it.
