Default Passenger Window - not going all the way down

Just got my brand new 3008 Allure 1.5

I noticed that whilst the driver window goes all the way down, the front passenger window does not. Only a small piece is left visible (maybe 1-2cm). Is this normal? Would really appreciate your feedback! Thanks in advance.

And if you're using Tapatalk and the above link goes nowhere, open the window and then press the button to lower the window 4 times in a row. This will reset the memory of the lower window position.

With Tapatalk all links to this forum always point to a "307cc Car Mats" topic.
