First one is gross weight of vehicle
Second is max allowed gross weight of vehicle and a trailer
Third is max front axle weight
Forth is Max rear axle weight

For general use 2 ton stands are the normal ones most shops sell

Any axle stand will hold an average car up as said above most large cars are in the 1300-1800 kg range small cars can be less than 1000kg so if you are holding up the whole car on 4 stands each stand only has to hold 500kg max

Ok the front generally weighs more than the rear on a modern car but even 1 ton stands are more than capable.
