Default Starter Relay Short Circuit to Earth

Hi,
My 207 won’t start.
I’ve replaced the starter motor, checked the fuses and cleaned the earth strap connections.

Lexia BSM fault reading shows
B9AO starter control relay fault short circuit to earth.

Does anyone know if the relay can be replaced, or does the full fuse box need replacing?

The relay is inside the fusebox and does go wrong sometimes but not that often was the starter you removed faulty ?

it was an Intermitant starting problem, until last week when it wouldn’t start at all.

I’ve put a new starter motor on, but the old unit spinned up fine when I connected it to jump leads.

There is no power to the solenoid when the key is turned. The permanent 12 v on the motor is there.

I can here the bsi switching when I turn the key

Doh
Checked the starter fuse, it had blown.

I’m sure I checked this last night.

Ah well, engine started after replacing it.

Thanks for the help.
