Default peugeot 207 cc convertible no electrics but need to open the boot

Hi All,

I am scrapping my wife's 2007 207 convertible due to a busted engine.

I have started at the front, and am working backwards. I have stripped out the engine and most of the loom from the engine bay..... Of course, i have now realised i should have opened the boot electronically when i could still use the key fob....

So, without putting all the loom back in place, and reconnecting the battery, is there a way to gain access to the boot?

I have checked the other threads, and the talk is mainly of problems due to faulty electronics / blippers etc. This seems different to my issue as i don't have any electronics left!!!!

Can anyone give any guidance please?

Cheers

Paul

well if car is trashed anyway, power comes in around the n/s back corner, the lock loom runs around the arch hinge and seem to remember its grey, so full 9v battery, one side to earth and start prodding wires with other.

two feeds to the lock one from key and one on boot switch so press switch at the same time.

just remove seat and rear quarter plastic, note, not done this myself but have looked at the wiring in the past.
