Default Peugeot 207 2008 1.6 hdi 90 hp hesitation acceleration

Hi,

I have the above mentioned car which has a hesitation (slight bog) in low gears (1-2) in between 1500 and 1800 rpm. I already cleaned the egr system but nothing turned up and it still does it.

Any ideas where to look ?

Thanks

Common issue on the 110bhp 1.6's, which are more common than the 90bhp.

EGR Blanking plate is the usual fix.

Car is bought several weeks ago second hand. Always had maintenance in a dealership, I sent it in for regular maintenance last week (oil, filters, brakes). They didn't know what it could be, suggested that if it got worse to change the crank sensor.
Has 104.500 km which isn't much for its age.
Camshaft belt was changed at 81000 km.

Not sure what more I can tell about it.

Where can I get those ?
Do they do this from new ? Or is this because of a valve failure ?
