Unhappy Peugeot 207 2007 - With ACC - Blower dead - HELP

Hello!

Im going crazy troubleshooting the car, removed the speedcontroller (Hedgehog) and also removed the blower.

It worked when I tried it on the battery just fine.

So I assumed the speed controller has to be the issue.

Ordered a new unit on Ebay, Assembled the fan again.. NOTHING happens.. not a sign of life from the fan.

Can it be possible the climate control unit can be faulty somehow? When I measure on the fuse I only got 3,6V.. But I tried to use a temporary cable to see if it started.. But no difference.

It seems to be some relay in the fusebox that I guess the ACC unit controls.

HELP! Is it possible to find electric schematics somewhere?

Can someone help me, please.. If you need any more info please ask.

my GUESS is that the issue is in the fusebox under the bonnet since I only got 3,6V on the fuse itself..
