Default Petrol leak on sluggish 207 cc

Hi,
If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.......I have a 57 reg 207cc Coupe 1.6 GT Turbo that hasn't been running too well lately, sometimes the power doesn't seem to be there especially when setting off but also sometimes when driving, you change gear and there's just nothing there, then for a while it's fine and running fab, to add to this I parked up the other day and later noticed petrol running along the gutter in the road, having lifted the bonnet the petrol seems to be coming from here, img_7792.jpg img_7795.jpg can anyone tell me is it an easy fix or does it need a garage?
Thanks

that is an oil feed pipe for the turbo, nothing to do with a petrol leak.

it's a rite pain in the rear end to sort, the front end of car and downpipe needs come off the car so you can get the other end of the pipe off to replace it all.

Thanks, hubby said same thing earlier, That the picture shows the pipe to the turbo, so maybe it was oil on the road not petrol. oops
