Default P1338

i have a 207 sport 1.4 which has been running rough for a couple of months and i got it diagnosed and it has come up with p1338 cylinder 2 misfiring permanent so i have changed the spark plugs and coils over deleted the codes and it still comes up as the same cylinder i have also cleaned the spark plugs.

can anyone help me?

Logically it can only be a defect in the wiring or the ecu. If the wiring is OK maybe ring the likes of BBA Reman to see whether ecu can be repaired.

Have you done compression check on engine damaged valve could cause issue

I have tried to clean the injectors would that cause the problem?

'cleaned the sparkplugs' ,
it's not easy to be sure they are ok cheaper and easier to change for new in the long run...

not played with your engine but may be worth swapping plug coil and injector over to a different pot one at a time see if code swaps over.

probably would show a misfire with a bad injector, its picked up by the crank sensor or lambda usually, use the end of a screwdiver to ear, check its at least clicking away.
