Hi, had a new clutch fitted last week and it was noticed by the garage that there was loss of power so I was advised to try some EGR cleaner. Took it for a spin as avised on the instructions but cut out a short time later. it now happens everytime the engine warms up and revs get to about 3000. I've had the EGR blocked off now but comes back with these codes. The bolts around the injectors were loose so tightened these up and a lot of diesel on the connectors which have been cleaned off which still not solved the issue. Any thoughts, the only think I can think of is a bad injectors or the loom to the injectors is worn due to the vibration. I'm not experienced and just been looking from what I've seen online. Thanks

Put the codes in the search box, although the first is very rare.

Yes I tried that but only came back with one result. I have found that the air intake pipe has split underneath. I've taped it up for now and If I get a short result then I expect this may be the cause of the problem
