Default EGR issues

207 SEDAN 1.6 HDi 110 FAP (DV6TED4)

I got the following faults.
P1162 Electric EGR valve position copy signal - Valve stuck when driving.
P0409 Electric EGR valve position copy signal - Valve stuck during programming
P0490 Electric EGR valve position copy signal - Valve opening too small.
P0401 - Air flow higher than recommended.
PO402 - Air flow lower than recommended.

I replaced the EGR valve, cleared the codes and entered the new valve in Peugeot planet but all of the above codes remain.

Any idea where to look next?

Thanks.

This could also be the air intake and breather pipes. Clean any gunk which sometimes accumulates. Check for holes.
