Default DTC codes and ABS issue

Hi All. New to this site and this has probably been posted before so apologies to ask again.

My Peugeot 207 yesterday had messages flash up:

ABS Stop
Anti Pollution fault
Power Steering gets heavy
Speedometer says --------

I get a STOP light too. The brakes work perfectly (they were only checked a month ago)

With my insurance I have breakdown service, they came out and used their C Reader to check and had:

P0500 Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) Circuit
P1351 Ignition Coil Control Circuit High Voltage
U0121 Lost Communication with Anti Lock Braking System (ABS) Control Module

The faults all said pending so they cleared the codes and said I needed a new ABS ECU Unit. I drove home and nothing went wrong. I drove to a supermarket and back - about 6 miles this morning and still clear of fault. Just as I was reversing up the back lane (on cobblestones) it happened again but JUST the ABS warning message this time.

I have scoured the web and others have had this problem, there are enormous costs involved, BSI Resets suggested, possible Vehicle Speed Sensor loose down to the wheels.

I am convinced it is just sensor(s) on the wheels as I assume the speed sensor goes to the wheels and would involve the ABS system?

I am contacting my usual garage in the morning but wanted to know if anyone can advise please...

Thanks in advance
