Default Diesel Fuel Filter replacement

Just about to do a full service on Pug and wondered if there is anything I should be wary about with the fuel filter, there is no prime pump so how do I make sure it is bled through or will the pump do this
1.6 HDI 110 bhp
TIA

Some have a primer pump integrated into the top of the Fuel Filter assembly, some have a remote primer bulb it varies between models.

I have never seen a 1.6 HDI with in tank pump so there should be a primer somewhere, some Ford variants you had to connect your own primer bulb but i don't think PSA ever did this.

My 207SW 1.6 Hdi had a primer bulb under the lift-off engine cover.

Picking up a Haynes manual tomorrow, I have two 207's so it will be a good investment

I changed mine a few months ago, took about 20-30 mins in total and I am no mechanic by any means. No priming was needed on my 1.6 hdi 110 bhp.
Hope this helps.
