Question Crankshaft pulley bolt torque spec

I'm about to change the crankshaft pulley on DV6ATED4 engine and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on how much the bolt holding it in place should be torqued up to?

if its the 1.6 diesel, crankshaft pulley/sprocket bolt-
stage 1 - 35nm
stage 2 - angle tighten further 190deg

book says use new bolt
