Default Clutch Vibration

Hi all, have a 2008 207 1.4 vti. Clutch has started to vibrate whenever it is pressed. Does this mean it's only a matter of time before it goes? Or could it be something else. Any checks I can do? Cheers

You will need a clutch very soon. Replace it with a quality brand, and don't put it off. It might well pack up and leave you stranded anytime soon.

Roger.

Cheers thought as much. Its making a really bad sound now aswell. When I put the reg into euro car parts i can get a valeo clutch kit for 110. But it also throws up a clutch release fork at 50. Will I need the fork aswell? Thanks

You will possibly need the fork but you WILL need the bearing sleeve as the bearing cuts into it when it fails and if you dont replace it the new bearing can stick fork is generally ok unless clutch fails completely hence why rustyroger said stop driving it

Thanks Reliable, don't suppose you can point me in the right direction as to where to find the bearing sleeve? Had a quick search but can't find one.

You need the shafts out so it will drain anyway so might as well just refill with fresh stuff
