Default Clutch release - slight clunk

Hi
When I drive normally, there is a slight clunk when I release my clutch. Pushing the clutch down is no problem and if I release it extremely slowly and delicately there is no sound...
It happens throughout the gears.
Any ideas? Or am I just being over sensitive?? ?
Thank you in advance ??
