Default Brakes

If I replace both front brake discs do I need to replace the pads aswell? Same at the back. If I replace the front disc do I need to replace the back hubs aswell? Or do you just replace them in pairs. Like 2 front disc and a few months later 2 front pads and few months later back hubs?

Yes disk and pads should be changed as an axle set

Always fit new pads with new discs, and as windy says, change the complete axle set. If one side is worn more than the other investigate why and fix this too.
But you only need to replace one axle at a time, front pads mostly wear faster than rear ones, no need to replace pads with plenty of life just because you replacing the brakes on the other axle.
