Default Brake disc wrapped for the 3rd time

I have a 207 1.4 diesel on 59 plate.
Have had to change the brake discs 3 times in the last 2 years as they keep getting wrapped and causes the streering to wobble under braking at spread over 60 mph.
Don't drive it rough and don't brake hard, used mainly for short town trips.

Any advise on what could be causing the discs to wrap?

Calipers sticking on - check that the caliper piston moves back into the caliper without too much difficulty, rubbish quality discs or the hub carrier is dirty behind the disc causing it to be "skewiff" would be my first port of call

had this before on my old mondeo with cheap and decent discs, this is how i sorted it, new discs on go hard on the brake pedal to get some hot heat cycles through it, also never sit at the lights with your foot on the brake with hot discs, use the handbrake.
After a few weeks drive as normal.
