Default Bluetooth pairing failure

Hello,

every time I try to connect my phone to the bluetooth of the car I keep getting a bluetooth pairing failed error. I have tried my Samsung Galaxy s8 and an iPhone. I have already removed all of the paired devices that were already there.

I tried unplugging the stereo for 2 hours, it didn't reset it.

Any help appreciated!

Thanks

Could be a number of issues - there are plenty of threads about bluetooth failure, try a search first.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in response. I tried removing the fuse like others have mentioned in other posts but this has not worked either.

Thanks

1. Car has to be running for it to work.
2. Then follow the instructions in the hand book or have a look on youtube.

I also had the same problem with my S8+, the above fixed it.

Hello. I've tried the steps above but I still can't get my phone or other phones to pair, any ideas Why?

Thanks
