Default best oil for a 207

just bought a 207 oil havn't been changed in years i was wondering what oil would be recommneded for a 207. would anyone recommend synthetic oil for a 207??

Any good quality 5w30 oil should be fine. I think someone posted on here that Asda have a deal on Castrol oil which would ge fine

Tesco doing 2l of their own for 6 which isnt bad for a top up, but best to use a good oil in the prince, was working on a car last week wich used cheap oil and the mess under the cam cover was notable, probably due to lack of service.
