Default Antipollution fault

Hi there I have a 59 plate 207 that has developed a antipollution fault and after reading forums I'm guessing that it needs fault codes pulled by planet. I noted that user Reliable406 is in Falkirk Scotland but cant seem to pm him as I do not have required number of posts. Could anyone that knows him please ask him to get in touch if possible....I also stay in Falkirk.
Many Thanks

Fan running on is probably a regeneration issue.

Hi thanks for the replies , its a petrol engine i put some super unleaded into the fuel last night and it seems to have cleared the fault. Does this sound right or will it just happen again?

Hard to say, but you know where we are if it does!

Does it have a fuel filter? If so when was it last changed?

the fault gets cleared itself after some time...
at least for a misfire.
it will reappear if it happens again...
usually after 1-2 days it gets cleared, but the error is stored anyway.
