Default 207CC Tyres

Looking at changing the rear tyres on my 2008 207 CC.
Current tyres have an load index rating of 91. The fronts have 87.
I know that Peugoet recommends 91 but is there any harm in putting 87's on..?

Seems to be a lot more choice out there for 87's, which is why I'm asking.

Cheers.

Pass but if Pug say you need 91's then fit 91's as there must be a good reason for it. Also you don't want to have to argue with your insurance company if "god Forbid" you have an accident and they say your insurance is void as you have fitted the wrong or insufficient tyres

Cheers. Pretty much the same conclusion I've come to after reading a bit more online.
Unfortunately we all know that insurance companies don't need much of a reason to deny cover.
