Default 207 SW 1.6 HDI Oil question

Hi, I have a 207 SW 1.6 HDI year 2008 ( engine code DV6ATED4) and wanted to check about the oil, my manual recommends Total quartz ineo ecs 5w30 which is ACEA C2, I have found a good deal on X-Flow Type C 5W-30 and it meets the following specs:

Service Classification: Suitable for vehicles requiring 5W-30 low SAPS fully synthetic ACEA C2, C3 Longlife engine oil.
Recommended by Comma for applications requiring: ACEA C2,C3; API SN, CF

As I understand it my car doesnt have a DPF because the vin is the 9HX variant, can anyone tell me if the above mentioned oil is fine to use in my car?

It looks to me that it is but different websites say different things.

Thanks in advance
