Default 207 sportium broken light casing

I took my car in for a service and told the dealership that I had some trouble with the back right indicator leaking water inside. After they did the service they said its going to be 120 quid to replace the light fitting as its cracked, hence the water leak. Then started asking if I had bumped it anywhere.

I obviously haven't because there is absolutely no scratches on the casing it's just cracked (hairline crack + weather??) I'm not sure. I explained it couldn't possibly have been caused by me but no luckk.

It's only a year old, in warrenty and has free servicing etc, im on the just add fuel deal.

Any advice or am I going to have to pay up? I assumed they would replace it since its not a consumable?

Thanks!
