Default 207 in limp mode

Hi Everybody
I am new to this site so be gentle.
I have a 2007, 207 1.4,16v VTi petrol that has done 27000 miles. The problem i am having is the car is currently in limp mode with the MIL light on and displaying economy mode and anti polution fault on the dash display. Also there is what I would consider excesive noise comming from the cams.

So far I have OBD2 diagnosed the car and have DTC codes P1067,P1015 which are manufacturer specific and P0010 which reads as cam sensor (bank 1) The only information I can find is P1067 air intake solenoid (short to earth)

Compression gives a reading of 230PSI on all 4 cylinders.
I have changed the MAP sensor and Post CAT Lambda and also removed the cam cover but can see no visible signs of damage.
It will start on the key and runs smoothly with no signs of missfire only will not pick up revs and not rev higher than 3300 which I think is limp mode. It seems to be a bit smokey from the exhaust but that could be the weather or me being paranoid.

I am told that I need to diagnose the car with the planet software to establish the right diagnosis. Is that true and if so can anybody help with that in the birmingham area? Or can anybody point me in the right direction in how to get this little gem running.

This is the 1.4VTi it is chain driven but visually all looks well. I am wondering if there is a problem with the variable valve timing as thats where the noise seems to be coming from.
