Default 207 HDi 2008.. Locking problems

neither of the key fobs work. Have tried couple of methods with this forum on how to re sync the keys, but with no joy.

Also when locking using the key itself in the drivers door. it does not lock all doors. If used on passenger then central locking works.

If the passenger door is last door to close, then when its closed the car locks itself .......

Nope. Get into the car and hold the key against the ign barrell but not actually putting it into the ign. Press the lock button on one key and then the other. What happens?

You've other problems so. Still it can be faulty keys or faulty com unit, bsi anything. Best advise take it back to your dealer. It should be diagnosed and fixed easily enough.
