Default 207 CC hdi - dripping water air con outlet?

Hello guys

Over the past few weeks on different days I have noticed a small water drip coming from the under the centre console area (further back from the engine) and making a small pool.

Now I go underneath to look and traced it to a pipe which I presume to be an air con outlet pipe?

Does anyone have any idea whats happening, is something blocked? Car is running fine, not loosing water from expansion tank. I thought it might be due to the hot weather and the air con working harder than usual. It only drips when the air con is in operation too.

If it doesn't smell or feel slippery it will just be condensate from the AC system.
Not a Peugeot, but a Toyota GT86.
