Default 207 1.6hdi oil feed pipe questions

Unscrewed the oil feed pipe from the turbo and the top part seems to move more than i expected. Also some potential leaking. Should this be a solid brazed fitting or should the head move/swivel?

Anyone know how much a new pipe is from peugeot. Also do you need to remove the exhaust to get to the bottom bolt?

New pipe arrived and is now fitted. For anyone doing this job in the future yes the exhaust will need to be removed. In fact i ended up removing the fan and radiator also. May be possible to do it without this but i found the heat shields are a nightmare to remove/refit so for the sake of a few screws i took both off.
Also i recommend powerwashing your engine down before you start if yours was anything like mine, turned out to be one of the dirtiest jobs i have done. Previous owner wasnt the most caring with oil leaks it seems.
Also removed the sump and cleaned it out before changing oil and filter so hopefully that's it sorted for another while.
