Default 207 1.4 petrol judders at low revs and wont accelerate?

Hi I'm new to the forum, trying to fix my car,

When moving off or below 2000rpm the engine stutters and judders
and has sometimes stalled, and will not accelerate,
keep revs high and it's fine,
it does it when both hot or cold,
It idles fine and drives fine at high revs only.

Can help me out please?

Remove the top timing belt cover, its only clipped on. Check the belt.
