Default 1.4 16v excessive crankcase gasses, pcv valve?

Hi there, my girlfriend has a 2007 207 1.4 16v 90bhp.

I have noticed that there is pressure coming out of the oil filler cap whilst the car is running, I also noticed that when changing the air filter that there was oil in the air filter housing.

I have searched around and most things seem to point to a pcv valve being faulty. Where is it on this engine? if you think this could be something else then please let me know, im not jumping straight to a faulty pcv valve but it sounds like this would be a good starting place.

I have found one valve attached to the breather pipes but that looks like an anti purge valve? little burgundy one.

Kind regards,
