Default 107 (2010 2tronic) - presence of faults in clutch/gearbox

I just changed the clutch. I ran it in pp2000 and got "presence of faults" in the gearbox-section. The car is running "alrigh"t. You can hear it clutch and I can smell burned rubber. What should i do?

After fitting a new clutch was a relearning carried out? The ECU needs to see that it is a new clutch to reset the wear/position parameters.
Also did you fit a genuine new clutch? They do not like aftermarket clutches and usually will not learn them due to differing tolerances. Relearning is quite basic on these so the ECU will try to reset back to factory settings. If the clutch is not the exact same size as a genuine then slipping will occur, producing snatching gear changes and a smell of burning.
