Question Compression test results

Hi mates, so after a compression test on my engine, this are the results:

Dry test
1 cylinder (faraway from belt) = 70 PSI
2 cylinder = 65 PSI
3 cylinder = 55 PSI
4 cylinder = 115/120 PSI

Dry test with throttle open
1 cylinder (faraway from belt) = 75 PSI
2 cylinder = 70/75 PSI
3 cylinder =70/75 PSI
4 cylinder = 105 PSI

Wet test
1 cylinder (faraway from belt) = 80 PSI
2 cylinder =75 PSI
3 cylinder =75 PSI
4 cylinder =125 PSI

The engine is a TU1JP (HDZ) PEUGEOT 106.
But the 4th cylinder shows always a high pressure regarding the others, it's normal?

Sorry for delay, think no 4 is the only good cylinder, maybe the valve clearances need adjusting on the other 3? Sorry, not familiar with your engine.
