Default Gunk in water reservoir.

I looked at a Peugeot 1007 from 2008 and found this.(see pictures)

Is this normal or a serious falt for 1007 as I'm not sure. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Hi...that should be clear/coloured red ,blue fluid....I would walk away.....may be an easy fix but it could be a money pit......good luck tho

Looks like the cooling system is being contaminated by engine oil.Now you have discovered why the previous owner got rid of it. It needs an expensive job.
