Default timing belt interval

Hi everybody new to the forum here. i just wanted to ask at what mileage should the timing belt be changed on a 05 partner 1.9d thanks

75000 miles under normal conditions and 65000 miles under ardous conditions

hi finally got round to getting a gates timing kit and noticed threres no direction arrows on the belt, does that mean the belt can go either way, last belt i did a while back had arrows on it and any id done before that
