i have a peugeot hdi 05 having problems starting ,sometimes!! i replaced the in tank pump /high pressure pump /fuel filter housing/when it wont start i pull the feed pipe from the filter housing turn ignition on and off replace it then it starts straight away any suggestions welcome

faulty high pressure pump changed it again!! now running perfect

I think I have the same problem with the high pressure pump.. Can i ask how much they cost?

I think i have the same problem, could someone advise me, as i am desperate as two main dealers have failed to find the problem. I think because the problem is an intermitent fault. When i turn the ignition on (on my 2000 806 hdi) sometimes i here a rumble, its air in the fuel line i think. The car as failed me twice, but i dont want to change the pump, if its not that. i had a new one fittted 2 years ago.
