Peugeot Partner Dials problem

Hi everyone,

I hope someone on here can help me with this problem.

The dials on my partner van stoppped working, all they do is flick verg gently and there is a ticking noise associated with it. Once driven for a while they suddenly burst into life and they all work again but this is slowly getting longer and longer to happen. The dials involved are all of them and that included the pre-heat light before starting the van.

Anyone got any ideas?

The only things I can think of is either instrument cluster problem or BSI failure. I did try reseeting the BSI but it didn't resolve anyyhing.
