Default where?

Hi,

I have a similar problem on a 2004 expert (I think 1996-2004 model), the indicators/hazards have stopped working.. but do occasionally wake up and work for a short time. Where is this relay located? Under the bonnet, or in the cab with the fuses, or actually by the steering wheel?!

Cheers

Undo the two steering column shroud Torx screws - front underside corners of lower section.

Lift off the top section, tilt the lower section down clear of the wheel and pull to you - there's a spring clip holding the rear of it to a bracket (fun to refit !)

With the shrouds removed you will see two relays below the steering column. The 'vented' one is the buzzed, the other is the indicator/hazards relay.
