Hi,
I have a similar problem on a 2004 expert (I think 1996-2004 model), the indicators/hazards have stopped working.. but do occasionally wake up and work for a short time. Where is this relay located? Under the bonnet, or in the cab with the fuses, or actually by the steering wheel?! ![]() Cheers |

Undo the two steering column shroud Torx screws - front underside corners of lower section.
Lift off the top section, tilt the lower section down clear of the wheel and pull to you - there's a spring clip holding the rear of it to a bracket (fun to refit !) With the shrouds removed you will see two relays below the steering column. The 'vented' one is the buzzed, the other is the indicator/hazards relay. |
