Peugeot Expert Central Locking Problem

Hi All,
Just purchased an 04 Expert 1.9d. Seems great so far but I've just went to lock it and all doors lock except from the o/s side loading door.

Any suggestions why? Ive even tried locking it from the inside which i thought had worked but it still opens from the outside?

Take the panel off, the one on the inside of the door. You will see that probably the rods that operate the central locking motor will be snapped or missing.
