Hi all.
I have a V plate Partner. In the last few weeks its developed an annoying..and i use these words loosely...rattle/ching noise from the front right hand side wheel. Its not present whilst on smooth ground, but if i hit uneven tarmac, that's when its becomes more pronounced, although annoyingly, not all of the time. Now I've checked the obvious..wheel nuts..jacked the van up and checked for movement in such things as brake calipers...suspension arms/joints...spring seems ok, so does the shock...visibly anyway !!! I'm damned if i can work this one out to be honest ![]() Again, whilst driving, the van feels fine...doesn't wander to any side..and feels as normal as can be, without power steering, which mine is incidentally. I know its not much to go on, but that's pretty much info i can give....as i am totally baffled with this one myself. Update....have found the problem, snapped coil spring at the top.....is it likley the damper has been damaged too ??? Any suggestions...or input would be great. Many thanks. Ebbes.
