Default Partner Diesel Injector Nozzle Change

Hi All,

My Partner started running like a bag of proverbial and the engine management warning light came on, after much exploration online and speaking to garages I believe it to be a blocked/damaged injector. The van has 120k miles on it and as far as I'm aware the injectors have never been changed. The van is a 2002 model and as it's so old it doesn't warrant the cost of new injectors so I've removed the old ones and they are dirty as hell. I'm considering having them sent away for refurb or buying new nozzles on ebay. Anyone have any thoughts on which is better? If I buy the nozzles do I have to adjust the ecu?
