Partner 1.9D timing belt help

Hi all, a friend of mine just done the timing belt on his van and now it only starts on easy start and when it does run, its runs like crap. So i presume he's out a tooth somewhere. So the plan is to pull off the belt and time it from scratch. The thing is i've found the lock for the flywheel but what is the story with the fuel pump and camshaft ? Any help gratefully appreciated

Got it sorted after, the pump must have moved when he took the old belt off so she's flying again now, thanks for the response !
