oil level in gearbox

how do i cheack oil level in gearbox of partner 600lx 1.9 van i can not find level plug and i have got oil coming out over bulkhead and engine mounts

it does not have a dip stick.. basically, when ever its serviced, its emptied and refilled with the appropriate quantity of oil depending on the spec..

It might not be the oil from the gearbox.. a turbocharger leak is a common one so I would check that.. its the turbocharger thing that looks like a radiator..
