extra 12v in the boot

Hello,

I've got a Partner Tepee 2008 and would like to have a permanent auxilary 12v point in de back of my car.
Scince some models (but not mine) have a rechargeable torche in the trunk; I was wondering if there's already a 12v cable pre-installed on all models which I can extend.
If not, what's the best place to make a bypass? In the fusebox under the dashboard or behind the cigarette plug? If possible I would prefere not to strip the entire dashboard scince

Best to take it from the back of the cig socket as it will already be fused
