Default Expert Clutch

I have a 2002 Expert HDI and I have replaced the clutch 3 times within a year, its been driven no more than 25k miles. Each time the thrust bearing came out of the pressure plate, first time I replaced it with a NEW kit, flywheel,clutch/pressure plate/thrust bearing (duel mass flywheel type) 6 months later again thrust bearing came free from the pressure plate, this week I decided to replace the DMF with a new solid flywheel and a new genuine PEUGEOT clutch kit to suit the solid F/Wheel after fitting them I drove the van no more than 10 miles and again the thrust bearing has came out of the pressure plate. I know that it is the metal ring on the thrust bearing that is causing the trouble can any one help. Is there any way round it???
Dave.
