expert 2005 diagnostics port ?

hi

can anyone tell me where the port is on my van ?

ok found it

i have fault codes P0243 and P0380 any ideas what would cause these ?
every now and again it seems to lose power but then if you stop and then go off again in a few hours it seems fine again ?

Found these by Googling for you P 0243 turbo waste gate solenoid fault.
P0380 open or short cicuit in optical sensor damaged sensor.
