eco mode on a partner

hi i have a friend who has a partner van and has just had a engine replaced and the engine wont start and is in eco mode and i dont no what to do to resolve the problem

so any1 please help asap

Check the battery connections and the alternator for faults, the eco mode will become active with a charge system fault!!
