Default Boxer headlight levelling

Hi,

1998 Boxer based motorhome. Dashboard has a headlight levellling kob marked 0-3. I am sure this used to work but now nothing happens.
I see a motor of sorts on the back of each headlight but the connection to this part is a hollow hose about the size of windscreen washer pipe. Can someone give me a clue as to how this arrangement works.

Thanks,

andytw

It is hydraulic. The offside headlamp adjuster is split and is leaking fluid. If I replace the unit on the headlamp, is there a procedure to re-fill with fluid ?

Unhappy

I had a 95 boxer motorhome that also lost fluid. I was told it was a sealed unit and the whole piping had to be replaced. I remember the part being very expensive - parts and fiddly job; but was under warranty at the time. Suggest enquiries of peugeot.
Or put up with it if not worth the cost ! Sorry can't be more helpful!
