2003 Boxer, No Glow Plugs?

Hi All

I have a 2003 2.8HDI Boxer and it appears that it doesnt have any Glow Plugs

There seems to be some sort of ignition system in the intake. Can anyone shed any light?

There can be a type of flame starter/thermostart with the beru flame starter "plug" or a heater flange by the intake manifold witch is described at: http://downloads.campingcar-bricoloi...8ddtdtihdi.pdf

Sorry, I could only find it in french and I`m not shure if its the same engine
