Hi,
Coolant gauge on our 2.8Hdi 2003 Boxer is stuck at midrange, even on a completely cold engine as soon as the ignition is turned on. I'm assuming it's gauge, wiring, or sender. But the manual we have doesn't have much info in it. Can anybody help with the following please: - where is the coolant sender for the gauge located on the engine? - is there a separate sender for gauge and ECU? - any other ideas for what it might be please ???Thanks in advance Alan |

A very un-technical answer here but just give the top of the dash a bit of a whack, usually frees up stuck guages!
